2. OPENING A PLAYER ACCOUNT
2.1 Magical Spin only allows one account per IP address (registration account IP address or log in IP address), home address (postal address), bank card, email address ... In case a player wishes to open an account while another account is already created within the same home, IP address... an authorization, by email ([email protected]) must be issued prior to the opening of the second account. 2.3 Registration on Magical Spin is not authorized for residents or citizens of the following countries: USA, Curaçao, Malta, Netherlands, Israel, Cyprus, Spain; Iran, North Korea.
2.4 By registering on Magical Spin, the user hereby declares and warrants that:
- The user is 18-years-old or more.
- The user is not a permanent resident or citizen of Curacao, USA, Netherlands, Israel, Malta, Cyprus, Spain, Iran, North Korea.
- The user is solely and entirely responsible for compliance with laws governing the jurisdiction where the user lives. Internet Gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which the user is located; if so, the user is not authorized to utilize a payment card to complete a transaction. Some jurisdictions have their own regulations for instance (France, Italy, Spain, etc.).
- All personal pieces of information recorded on the user’s account are accurate and truthful.
- The user takes part in bets in the user’s own name and not for commercial use or on behalf of third parties.
- User understands in full the methods, rules, and procedures for taking part in bets as they appear in the Rules and Regulations of bets.
- The user is aware that Users can lose money by making a bet during a game session. The term "game session" means all the activity (bets and winnings) from a deposit until both bonus and/or real balance are zero and without any withdrawal request winnings derived from this deposit.
- The money deposited is not derived from any activity which is illegal.
- User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Magical Spin, Betrust Entertainment B.V. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party content and service providers to the site from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs resulting from his violation of the terms & conditions.
- The user is prohibited from using devices such as robots, any other external player assistance (EPAs) program, or techniques that distort normal gameplay and give the player an unfair advantage.
2.5 The user should not communicate or give access to his password to anyone. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User to ensure that the login details are protected and kept securely.
2.7 Only one account is allowed per user. If the user opened a different account under his name, Magical Spin reserves the right to close the accounts and ban the user.
2.8 The funds are not transferable from one player account to another. Accounts are not transferable as well. The user should not let any third party play on his account.
2.9 In case the user updates his account information, the user is required to send Magical Spin the updated verification document so we can verify his account.
2.10 We recommend that the user prints out (or saves) all relevant rules, policies and transaction records
3. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION AND ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING POLICY
3.1 By agreeing to the Terms and conditions, the user authorizes Magical Spin to undertake verification checks as we may require ourselves or may be required by third parties (including regulatory bodies) to confirm the age, identity and contact details to prevent money laundering.
3.2 In order to proceed with a user's identity verification, we require the following documents:
- A copy of a recent utility bill matching the recorded address on the user's account.
- A copy of the ID card or passport with photo.
- A copy of all credit cards used (front and back, hiding the 8 digits in the middle and the security code) or a screenshot or your Skrill / Neteller account or another alternative deposit method.
- The authorization form, from Magical Spin, completed and signed by the user.
3.3 Magical Spin has the right to check and confirm the identity of the user at any time.
3.4 A verification call to the user should be done by Magical Spin to finalize the account validation
3.5 Any attempt to elude the security checks will result in the closure of the account.
4.1 No cash payments are accepted. Only the encrypted methods mentioned on the payment page are accepted on Magical Spin.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is 10 $/€. The maximum standard deposit is 2,500 $/€.
4.3 Any winnings derived from a deposit that has been refunded (fraud, suspicion of fraud, chargeback, specific request...) is then automatically canceled and the session is considered void.
4.4 Magical Spin reserves the right to subcontract third-party payment processors and/or financial institutions referred to as "Electronic Service Providers" (ESPs), in order to process such financial transactions. Thus for the furtherance of such processing, the user irrevocably authorizes us, as necessary, to instruct such ESPs to handle account deposits and withdraw from his account, and irrevocably agrees that Magical Spin may give such instructions on his behalf. Furthermore, the user agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of each applicable ESP and in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the ESP's terms and conditions, this Agreement shall prevail.
4.5 The deposit amount needs to be wagered one time before it can be withdrawn. In case of a deposit made by a voucher paid in cash, the player must bet at least 10 times the deposit in order to make a withdrawal.
4.6 Magical Spin does not issue refunds except for in exceptional circumstances. This is solely at Magical Spin's discretion.
4.7 The player may put a daily deposit limit directly through his player account. In this case, the weekly withdrawal limit will be 10 times the amount of the daily deposit limit (capped at 2.500 euros).
5.1 Withdrawals will be paid within 2 business days. For VIP Users, other terms may apply, as agreed with the VIP manager. Payments will priority be sent back to the processor by which deposits were made, if possible. Magical Spin reserves the right to make the final decision through which the payout method the customers receive their payouts.
5.2 The user's account must be verified. All verification documents must have been sent, and approved by our services to process his withdrawal
5.3 About winnings payment, there is a standard up to 2500€ until 5000€ withdrawal limits per week regarding the player's level. For VIP users or unusual and large winnings, other terms may apply, as agreed with the VIP manager.
5.4 If the user makes several withdrawal requests at the same time, the 2 business days period will run from the last request date.
5.5 The minimum amount for a withdrawal request is 50€.
5.6 In the event that the User has taken advantage of a bonus when the player asks for withdrawal of winnings, the amount of the bonus allocated to the deposit which generated the winnings can be deducted from the final payment according to the type of bonus received.
5.7 These restrictions don't apply to progressive jackpot wins.
6. BONUS AND CASHBACK
6.1 The bonus is additional credit that the casino offers to the user. A bonus enables the opportunity for the user to play longer, to bet bigger and therefore improve the chances of potential gains. As such, each bonus carries a mandatory wagering requirement in order to be considered as "completed".
6.2 Magical Spin offers 3 different types of bonus :
Bonus on deposit with a wagering requirement :
This type of bonus on deposit includes wagering requirement to withdraw the real money balance, i.e the user must complete the wagering requirements associated with that bonus to request a withdrawal of his real money balance.
This bonus is cashable.
The wagering requirement amount default of such bonus is 30 times the bonus and deposit amount.
Bonus on deposit without wagering requirement :
This type of bonus is granted to players from "Belgium", "France", "Luxemburg", "Switzerland", "Australia", "United Kingdom", "Canada".
This type of bonus on deposit does not include wagering requirement to withdraw the real money balance
This bonus is not cashable.
Free Bonus :
It’s a no deposit bonus, completely free, usually given as a gift by Magical Spin, as a reward or in gratitude for the loyalty of Users.
This type of bonus is cashable.
The maximum amount of cashable default is 10 times the bonus amount received up to 100€, but for VIP Users, it is up to €250.
The wagering requirement amount of such bonus is 60 times the bonus amount. For VIP the requirement is 35 times.
In order to be eligible to receive any free bonus upon registration the user's phone number must be verified.
Players from Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Finland, Hungary, Poland, can receive a free bonus on registration only after a 25 euros minimum deposit at least.
6.3 Not all games contribute the same percentage of the bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
6.4 Users can't combine several ongoing bonuses. To be eligible for another bonus it is essential to end first the current bonus.
6.5 If the user chooses and actives by mistake a bonus that the user doesn’t want, it can still be canceled if the user has not yet begun to bet on games.
6.6 If the user cancels an ongoing bonus after starting to play and perform bets, the user automatically runs the risk of seeing any gains made with this bonus be canceled and/or see the real money balance lower than the initial deposit.
If problems are found following a cancellation of a pending bonus, the user is invited to refer directly to an agent or an account manager who will book in each case to compensate or not the user.
6.7 Users cannot receive a free bonus if they have a positive cash balance or a pending withdrawal request.

6.10 Users cannot receive a cashback after deposit, if they have a pending withdrawal request or if they took advantage of a bonus on the deposit they made.

6.12 The Casino reserves the right to modify, cancel or refuse any promotion in its sole discretion.
6.13 Any winnings made with Free Spins offered are limited by default to a maximum of € 100 withdrawal, but for VIP players other terms may apply following a common agreement with the account manager.
6.14 Any bonus must be used within 30 days of the award of the bonus. Any bonus money remaining on the account at the end of the 30 days will be canceled.
7. FRAUD BONUS - ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR
7.1 Any user seeking and using tactics to take advantage of the bonus system by using an unusual pattern will be highly monitored. Magical Spin reserves the right to void any winnings derived from abusive behavior. These users are penalizing the regular and fair users of Magical Spin, taking out winnings from them.
7.2 The bet with minimal risk is not allowed to contribute to the promotion, including bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation points. A user who deliberately using a tactic of setting minimum risk to qualify the bonus into real money, are at risk of having their bonuses, cash prizes and any gain canceled. By minimal risk bet, we mean that any bet placed with the clear intention to obtain a high betting volume with minimum risk will be considered abusive to the bonus offer. Example: simultaneous bet on black and red on roulette, or covering the vast majority of the table.
7.3 In case a bonus has been claimed, it is forbidden to practice the "Bonus Hunt" (open all the free spins accumulated on the different games at the same time) after the balance has fallen below €/CAD 0,50.
7.4 All bonuses and promotions are limited to one per person, credit card, IP address and per household. it is forbidden to take advantage of the game's internal promotions with bonus money of winnings derived from promotions/bonuses (discounts granted for the purchase of a pack of scratch cards for example).
Bonus on deposit with a wagering requirement :
If a bonus has been claimed, the maximum bet allowed (both real and bonus balance) is €/CAD 7.5 until the wagering requirement is done. Bonus on deposit without any wagering requirement :

9.5 Magical Spin reserves the right to close an inactive account. If the user's account does not record any connection/disconnection for a period of more than six (6) consecutive months ("Sleeping Period"), the account will be considered inactive. Once an account has been deemed inactive, the user is notified by all possible means and tools available and if the user does not withdraw funds from the account within fifteen (15) days of receiving the notification, or if the user still does not contact us, we will be entitled to close the account and proceed with the deduction of 5% of the remaining balance monthly.
9.6 The Refund Policy of the Company is to not affect any refunds. However, it remains at management's discretion to determine whether a refund request for a deposit made should be entertained. 12.1 The original text of the Terms is in English and any interpretation of them will be based on the original English text. If the Terms and Conditions or any documents or notices related to them are translated into any other language, the original English version will prevail.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
13.1 This Agreement, its interpretation, implementation, and the relations that bind the parties are governed by the laws of Curacao.
13.2 Any litigation or claims arising directly or indirectly from this contract will be submitted to the competent court of Curacao which has exclusive jurisdiction.
